AI Disclaimer
This page is a list of things this tool cannot promise. It is short on purpose, and every line of it is enforced by how the product actually works rather than by a warning you clicked past.

1. What the AI actually does here
A language model is used for three tasks: splitting a pasted list into individual records, proposing a seating arrangement against the constraints you set, and describing card layouts. An image model generates decorative artwork. That is the whole of it.
Everything else — the print specifications, the overflow detection, the export gate, the retention timers — is ordinary deterministic software, because those are the parts that must not be probabilistic.
2. Names are not guaranteed
We flag names that commonly get set wrong — accented characters, surnames that come first, double-barrelled names, particles like van, de and bint, names transliterated from another script — and ask you to confirm each one.
What we produce is a suggestion based on how the name was entered. It can be wrong, and it will sometimes be wrong in ways that look right. Only the person themselves knows how they write their name.
A name you have confirmed is your decision. Once it is confirmed and exported, responsibility for that spelling has moved to you — which is exactly why we make you look at each one.
3. Titles and naming conventions are not ruled on
When a title or a name order is uncertain, we do not tell you what is correct. There is no authority in this software on how a person should be addressed, and pretending otherwise would be worse than useless.
What you get instead:
- How the name appears in your list, unchanged
- The conventions that are commonly used in that situation, side by side, in no particular order and with none marked as the right one
- A card preview of each option, so you can see them set
- A sentence you can copy and send to the person to ask them directly
4. Seating plans are proposals, not solutions
A seating arrangement is a suggestion produced from the constraints you typed. It does not know your family, and it cannot know which compromise is the acceptable one.
Where constraints conflict, we show you which ones were not met and why, in the same view as the plan. We do not quietly drop a constraint to make the output look complete. If the plan says two people you asked to separate are on the same table, that is the software telling you the truth rather than hiding it.
5. Printed results are not promised
- Colour. Your screen is RGB and a press is CMYK. The two do not match, and the same file on two papers will not match either. We show both previews together so the difference is visible before you commit, and we recommend ordering a proof before printing the run.
- Trimming. Exports carry 3 mm of bleed on every edge and crop marks where you want them. How accurately the cutting is done belongs to your printer, not to us.
- Paper. We give weight and finish suggestions in general terms. We do not recommend a supplier, we do not resell paper and we take no commission from any printer.
- Fit. Long names that cross the safe margin are flagged and offered three fixes. Nothing is resized silently to make it fit.
6. Generated artwork
Decorative artwork is generated within fixed limits:
- No depiction of real people, including you
- No religious ceremonies, figures or sacred imagery
- No brand marks, hotel or venue identities, or trade dress
- Decoration is limited to florals, geometry, texture, calligraphic strokes and botanical line work
Generated artwork is not unique. Similar prompts produce similar results, for you and for anyone else. We do not claim your card design is exclusive to you, and we do not offer trademark clearance on it. See the Content Licence.
7. What we ask of you
Read what the tool gives you before you print it. Check the names against the list you were given, not against what looks right on screen. Order a proof if the run is large or the colour matters.
If something in the output looks wrong, tell us at support@maburedeai.shop. Reports about names set wrongly are the ones we act on fastest.
